Mantis DEFINE Command

The DEFINE command creates compile-time constants for strings (STR) and integers (INT).

Constants are resolved entirely by Karvi Studio at build time, replacing identifier tokens before bytecode generation without incurring runtime memory overhead on the microcontroller.
